The STAR-TIDES event was held at the PENTAGON on April 15–16, 2026.
The 19th Annual STAR-TIDES Capabilities Demonstration was held on April 13–14, 2026, at George Mason University’s Mason Square Campus in Arlington, Virginia. The theme of this year’s event was “Reimagining Resilience: Empowering Local Communities in a Time of Uncertain Federal Support.” A follow-on TIDES event was subsequently conducted at the Pentagon on April 15–16, 2026.
STAR-TIDES serves as a collaborative platform that brings together government agencies, defense organizations, academia, private-sector partners, and humanitarian stakeholders to showcase innovative solutions that enhance resilience, critical infrastructure protection, disaster preparedness, emergency response, and sustainable development.
